The portraits are made to reflect your personality and business sector, using where possible window light to give a natural image .
Tips on getting the best headshots
A good business headshot or corporate style portrait should reflect the sector that you work as well as your position within that sector.
The choice of clothing is also important to a successful business headshot - try and avoid busy patterns and the colour red as a main colour, also, consider bringing a change of shirt or blouse along to the shoot for choice.
The very best business portraits are taken using difused lighting from a window or windows, or flashlighting using modifiers . There maybe a simple area on your office landing or stairwell that will provide the perfect position for that natural and approachable looking headshot you seek. If we bring our studio lighting to you we would usually require a minimum area of approx 5 metres by 3 metres to set up
Your portraits can be used on social media platforms like Linkedin as well as company websites and annual reports.
Your images are usually adjusted for levels, however, further specific post production ( Photoshopping ) is available at cost. Your headshot photographs are usually delivered via Wetransfer as both high and low res digital images for ease of use online and in print

Q How many people can you photograph in a day?
A I usually plan for 8 to 10 minutes per person, so around 50 people in a normal day, 25 in a half day. I allow this amount of time for each person because some people are not the most relaxed about being photographed and need a little time to settle into the session, it also allows for a quick change of top, and enables some coaching if the individual is not sure about how to pose. The images can be viewed straight away on the back of the camera to ensure that the person is happy with their headshot.
Q How much room do you need to set up your mobile studio?
A If I am bringing my studio lighting and backdrop to you I usually need a minimum area of 5 metres by 3 metres to set up, however, if we are shooting headshots with a blurred out office background rather than the traditional white corporate backdrop look, I need less space to shoot.
Q Do you have a studio?
A My studio comes with me wherever I shoot, however, I do have a base where my studio can be set up should you not have your own office space or would prefer that your headshots are taken away from your work
Q Is photoshop editing something you do?
A Once you have chosen your favourite headshot from the shoot I will edit the overall image for best effect , this includes exposure , levels and curves, this can be included in the quote. If additional post production or retouching is required e.g softening of wrinkles or bags around the eyes or removing spots and blemishes, there is an additional charge
